Please read, understand, and agree to the sections below in their entirety before submitting your registration form for the Event. The sections below cover the: Informed Voluntary Consent; Confidentiality; Photo, Video and Audio Recording Is Prohibited; Privacy Policy; Payment Policy; and Cancellation Policy.
INFORMED VOLUNTARY CONSENT to participate in the Event:
INFORMED VOLUNTARY CONSENT to participate in the Event:
- I confirm that I am over 18 years of age.
- I confirm that I have no psychiatric or physical limitations that may pose a risk to me and/or other participants.
- I confirm that I have not had any serious injuries or surgeries over the past 4 months or epilepsy.
- I understand that the exercises performed during the Event, such as dance, breathwork, active meditations and conscious touch, can cause discomfort, both physical and psycho-emotional, and I take responsibility for choosing whether or not to participate in any exercise. Exercises will be performed by me only on the basis of my free consent.
- I understand the importance of working carefully with different psychological states, including those that arise in an altered state of consciousness. I testify that I am psychologically fit to participate in the Event, and I take responsibility for my condition and behaviour.
- I confirm that I had the opportunity to discuss with the organizers of the Event and my doctor all questions of interest and incomprehensibility to me related to the possible risks of complications that may arise in the event of my participation in the Event.
- I fully accept responsibility for my own physical and mental health, and any consequences associated with my state of health if I choose to participate in the Event.
- I understand that the Event may include voluntary nudity, it is not required, and I will only partake in nudity on the basis of my free consent. If the Event is an online program, I will turn off my video camera if I choose to be nude.
- I understand the importance of working carefully with different psychological states, including those that arise in an altered state of consciousness. I testify that I am psychologically fit to participate in the Event, and I take responsibility for my condition and behaviour.
- As a participant, I will not demand monetary compensation from the organizers, presenter or other participants of the Event, and I will not prosecute for any effects on my physical or psychological condition, nor for the loss or damage of my property, except in a case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- I agree not to attend the event if I have signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or another contagious respiratory illness.
- By registering for the Event, I give my consent to the appropriate processing of the personal data I have provided.
- By submitting my registration form for the Event, I certify that I have read and agree with all the above points of the Informed Voluntary Consent to participate in the Event, the content of which has been explained to me, is completely understandable to me, and satisfies me.
CONFIDENTIALITY
- I understand that any information shared by the organizers or participants of the Event that is not common knowledge shall be deemed confidential. I undertake to maintain confidentiality and not disclose information regarding other participants or the organizers that was received during the Event. This item is perpetual.
PHOTO, VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING IS PROHIBITED
- I have been warned that audio, photo, and video recording, as well as live-streaming, during the Event without the permission of the organizing team is prohibited.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We may use the information we collect from you when you sign up for our newsletter or register for an Event in the following ways:

- To personalize your experience and customize our services to serve you better.
- To correspond with you about upcoming events and provide information to you about any event you are enrolled in.
- To calculate general user statistics, such as the age range of participants in our programs and their country of origin.
- The information collected is stored in a password encrypted database.
- We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.
- Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by the Event organizers who are required to keep the information confidential.
- Participants will be asked to keep any personal information shared by participants at the Event confidential.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Program payment: The program fee is due upon submitting the registration form. If the program allows for paying installments, then the first installment is due upon registration and the second installment is due by the date described for that program. Please send your payment immediately via e-transfer to Bryarly@EarthNectar.ca or via the Stripe payment page accessed via the Pay By Card button. We prefer payment via e-transfer due to the 3% credit card charge that Stripe charges, but use the method that works best for you. Your registration is not complete, nor your spot reserved, until you have sent your payment. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGULAR PROGRAMS:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to Bryarly@EarthNectar.ca.
Cancellation requests received at least 30 days before the start of the program will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable deposit of $50.
Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the start of the program will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptional circumstances may be considered by the organizer, in which case you may be eligible for a program credit (minus the $50 non-refundable deposit) for use in other programs offered by the organizer within 1 year of the original program date.
In the circumstance of the event being cancelled, all registrants will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests received more than 60 days before the start of the program will receive a 50% refund and 50% credit towards future programs within 1 year.
Cancellation requests received between 60 and 30 days before the program start date are eligible for a full credit towards future programs within 1 year, minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the start of the program will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptional circumstances may be considered by the organizer.
